What are the best chefs knives?
I'm just leaving Schhol, Ive worked as a chef for three years and have used Awful knives (in my opinion head) I need to get a decent set. He used global and my friends dad (butcher) Victorinox uses What do you recommend should to go for? Im not necessarily looking determined but all answers are appreciated
This is very personal, with total balance and the amount of your hand. Global personal love, but some people find handles too small. My uncle is a butcher and he used the generic no brand those plastic handles, but keep them cool sharp.
