Look for a knife for college?
Im going out College Culinary Arts in the fall and im need to buy their own set of professional knives floor. i was wondering what people use and what to expect when using their knives.
As a cooking school and a good knife "lost" in it do not buy expensive items. I've heard the same from many students. . For starters, do not buy sets, especially when you're on a budget.
