Avoid Knives - worth the money?
I'm thinking about getting a new knife, a cook, and came across this page touting Shun Knives: Knife Classic http://www.onlyknives.com/category/brand/shun/ They are wonderful, but, man oh man, is worth of a chef knife in that much money? I figured I'd just get a free Forschner or something and will be with. Thanks
I own a Ken Onion Shun group balance and heft are absolutely out of this world. using These knives make cooking such a pleasure because the task is not only BEAUTIFUL but they work equally as beautiful. They are pricey, but worth every single penny I paid for them.
