foolproof knife sharpening?
I have a Shun knife and I am having trouble getting a good edge on it. Is there a foolproof sharpening device on the market?
I had a Chef's Choice for about 20 yr. The only electric knife sharpener I would use. You might consider a professional knife sharpening service. Make sure you have a good steel, learn how to use it and touch up the knife with each use. I prefer to use the steel before each use but after is ok too. If you do this you should only have sharpen them maybe twice a year or less.
